甲型肝炎灭活疫苗(SH株)接种食蟹猴的免疫原性研究

摘要 目的研究甲型肝炎灭活疫苗(SH株)食蟹猴的免疫原性。方法甲型肝炎病毒SH株接种人胚肺二倍体细胞(MRC-5),培养、收获的病毒液,经纯化、灭活后铝佐剂吸附制成甲型肝炎灭活疫苗。采用食蟹猴进行疫苗的免疫原性研究。结果接种疫苗后的食蟹猴,体内产生抗HAV抗体和中和抗体,抗核抗体结果为阴性。结论该疫苗具有良好的免疫原性。 Objective To study on the immunogenicity of inactived hepatitis A vaccine in cyno- molgus macaques. Methods The SH strain of hepatitis A virus was cultured in human embryo lung diploid cell (MRC-5) to harvest virus bulk, which was absorbed with alum adjuvant to prepare inactived hepatitis A vaccine after purification and inactivation. Then the study on the immunogenicity of vaccine was carried out on cynomolgus macaques. Results Specific anti-HAV antibodies and neutralizing antibodies were induced in cynomolgus macaques after immunization, while the test result of antinuclear antibodies appeared nega- tive. Conclusion The inactivated hepatitis A vaccine prepared with SH strain showed high safety and good immunogenicity.
