摘要
患者 男，22岁。龟头黑褐色斑片2年余，于2012年5月8日来我院就诊。患者2年前发现龟头一黑褐色斑点，约绿豆大，无明显自觉症状。半年前因行包皮环切术后，局部擦破致皮损迅速增大约拇指甲盖大小．但无明显自觉症状。既往无特殊病史。
