雄激素性秃发与相关基因的研究 被引量:3

摘要 雄激素性秃发(AGA)是临床上最为常见的脱发性疾病,分为男性型脱发和女性弥漫性脱发,不同人种发病率不同。近年来研究认为AGA是一种多基因遗传性疾病,雄激素和遗传因素在AGA发病中扮演了重要角色,多个基因与AGA关系密切。胰岛素抵抗被证明与AGA无关,而严重的心血管疾病则与AGA有关,具体机制还有待于进一步研究。
