摘要
随着结构"轻量化"需求的不断增加,镁合金作为最轻的轻金属材料在现代工业中的应用越来越广泛,但表面耐蚀性差已成为它进一步扩大应用的重要瓶颈。阳极氧化是提高镁合金耐蚀性的一种有效方法,而电解液组分是影响阳极氧化层性能的一个重要因素。综述了不同的电解液组分对阳极氧化过程及膜层性能影响的最新研究进展。为镁合金阳极氧化电解液设计提供参考,以扩大镁合金在各领域的广泛应用。
In accord with the continuous requirement of lightweight constructions, magnesi- um alloy has been widely used as the lightest metal material in modem industry day by day. However, the weak corrosion resistance became the serious obstruction for expansion applica- tion fields. Anodizing is an effective method to improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy. The electrolyte compositions possess great effect on properties of anodic coatings. The latest research progress of the effect of different electrolyte compositions has been summarized in order to provide reference for preparing anodizing electrolyte and enlarge the application fields of magnesium alloys.
