摘要 主要研究时效工艺对7475铝合金薄壁管材电导率的影响,以及电导率与管材抗应力腐蚀的关系。通过一系列试验研究表明,随着时效时间的延长,管材电导率逐渐提高,但力学性能却逐渐降低,而电导率提高的同时,管材抗应力腐蚀能力有所提高。为了满足管材的使用性能,需选择合理的时效工艺参数。 The effect of aging technology on electrical conductivity of 7475 aluminum alloy thin-wall tube and relationship between the electric conductivity and stress corrosion resist- ance have been researched. The experiment results show that the electric conductivity of the thin-wall aluminum alloy tube increases gradually in accord with elongating of aging time, but the mechanical properties of the tube decrease gradually, and the stress corrosion resistance being increased a little in accord with electric conductivity increasing. To satisfy application properties of the thin-wall tube, the reasonable aging parameters should be chosen carefully.
