摘要 建立了一种快速、简单的检测牛奶中新霉素残留量的胶体金免疫层析法,将抗新霉素单克隆抗体-胶体金标记物冻干于微孔板中,将新霉素人工抗原和羊抗鼠抗抗体分别包被在醋酸纤维素膜上作为检测线(T线)和质控线(C线),T线的新霉素人工抗原与待测牛奶样品中的新霉素竞争结合新霉素单克隆抗体-胶体金标记物,通过T线和C线的显色情况读出结果。试纸条对牛奶样品的检测限为200μg/L,牛奶样品无需稀释,可直接检测,检测时间只需3~5min,与磺胺类、四环素类、氯霉素类等药物均无交叉反应,检测结果重复性好,可作为现场快速筛查牛奶中新霉素残留的有效手段。 A of Neomyc NEO-OVA the control rapid and simple colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay was established for the determination n (NEO) Residue in milk. NEO monoclonal antibody-colloidal were freeze-dried in the microvoids. and anti-antibody were coated on the nitrocellulose (NC) membrane to be the test line (T line) and line(C line). NEO-OVA and NEO in mirk sample combined with NEO antibody by immune competition reaction. Test result was obtained by comparing the color of the T line and C line. Limit value of detection to NEO in milk sample could be 200μg/L. Milk sample could be detected directly without dilution. The detection time could be 3-5min. No cross-reaction was observed to sulfonamides, tetracyclines, chloramphenicols,etc. The detection result had high reproducibility. The method could be efficiently used for the in-situ detection of NEO residue in milk sample.
