肾交感神经对肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统的影响 被引量:7

摘要 高血压是常见的心血管疾病之一,国外相关数据显示约31%的成人患有高血压,在年龄〉65岁的人群中高血压患病率达70%[1]。我国情况也不容乐观[2]。高血压患者中,难治性高血压占20%~359,6口],通常药物疗效不佳。研究认为,肾交感神经和肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统(renin—angiotensin-aldosteronesys—tem,RAAs)激活影响高血压的发生发展。
