摘要
试验表明,富水碳酸钙粉沫冻结时,将出现大量分凝冰,产生强的冻胀。试验结果经回归分析后得到下列有关方程:在封闭系统中,T_f=-5199.62W^(-3.274),R=-15.40+5.71 lnW;在开敞系统中,η=4.495V_f^(-1.109)式中T_f,W,R,η及V_f分别为冻结温度、初始含水量、冻胀速率、冻胀率及冻结速率。控制其含水量,或在其中掺和抗冻剂,可以减经、甚至消除其冻胀敏感性。
Experimental results show that an ice segregation and consquently a strong frost heave could occur in powered calcium carbonate while rich in moisture. Some regresion formulas could be expressed by: Tf=-5 199.62 W-3274, R = -15.401+5.709 In Win closed system and η =4.495 Vf-1109 in open system, in where, Tf , W, R, η and Vf are its freezing point, water content, frost heave rate, heave ratio and frost penetration rate respectively. However, its frost susceptibility might be controlled by moisture and a special anti-heave agent mixed in.
