硅胶假体在单纯性轻中度颏部瘢痕畸形整复中的应用

The application of the silicone prosthesis in simple mild-to-moderate chin scar deformity reduction

目的探讨应用硅胶假体治疗无下颌骨畸形的轻中度颏部瘢痕畸形的疗效。方法自2007年3月至2011年7月，对26例颏部瘢痕畸形患者行瘢痕松解切除术时，参照颏部形态及软组织盈余量对硅胶假体进行雕刻，行I期口外或口内人路埋置。结果26例患者术后颏部外形良好，其中对22例患者随访8个月至6年，随访率84．6％，颏部外观改善满意。结论硅胶假体在不伴有下颌骨畸形的单纯性轻中度颏部瘢痕畸形治疗中应用方法简便，效果明显。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of the silicone prosthesis on treating mild-to-moder- ate chin scar deformity without mandibular deformity. Methods From March 2007 to July 2011, 26 patients with the chin scar deformity were performed the scar resection, while the silicone prosthesis was carved based on the chin shape and soft tissue surplus quantity and then it was embedded primarily through the extra-oral or in- tra-oral approach. Results All the incisions of 26 patients healed primarily. Of 26 cases, 22 were followed up for 8 months to 6 years （ 84.6% ） and the patients were satisfied with the improved chin appearance. Conclu- sion It is simple and effective to treate the mild-to-moderate chin scar deformity without mandibular deformity with the silicone prosthesis.
