Wnt-1在病理性瘢痕中的表达及意义

摘要 目的研究wnt-1在病理性瘢痕中的表达,探讨Wnt/β-catenin信号传导通路在病理性瘢痕发病机制中的作用。方法应用免疫组化技术检测Wnt-1在30例瘢痕疙瘩(A组)、30例增生性瘢痕(B组)及20例正常皮肤(C组)中的表达,并进行统计学分析。结果Wnt-1在A、B组中的表达与C组比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但A、B组之间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论wnt.1可能是病理性瘢痕形成的重要机制,其导致的Wnt/β-catenin信号传导通路的激活在病理性瘢痕的形成机制中可能起着重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of Wnt-1 in pathological scar and to explore the role of Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction pathway in the pathogenesis of pathological scar. Methods Immunohis- tochemiscal techuique(IHC) was performed to detect the expression of Wnt-I in 30 cases of keloid ( group A), 30 cases of hypertrophic scar ( group B) and 20 cases of normal skin ( group C), and statistics was used to ana- lyze the data. Results Compared group A and group B with that in group C, there was significant difference in the expression of Wnt-1 ( P 〈 0.05 ), but their expression was not statistically different between group A and B ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Wnt-1 may be one of significant mechanisms in pathological scar formation. The activation ofWnt/β-catenin signal transduction pathway by Wnt-1 may play an important role in the formation of pathological scar.
