摘要
针对目前精密碳膜环形电位计电阻膜片制备中,人工喷膜存在效率低、膜片均匀性差、产品生产过程不易控制及产品质量不稳定等问题,研制了一种自动喷膜系统。在分析目前现有喷膜原理的基础上,对喷膜工艺进行了改进,研究了基于时序控制的自动喷膜算法等关键技术,并在喷膜系统上进行试验分析。结果表明,该喷膜系统工作可靠,电阻膜片喷膜均匀,并减小了电阻膜片非线性误差,满足实际工作的需要。
Aiming at the problems in the production of resistor film potentiometers, such as poor efficiency of manual spray film, uncontrollable in the production process and unstable of the products quality. Develops an automatic spray system. On the basis of the analysis of the existing spray film process principle, analyze the key technologies of automatic spray film algorithm based on time sequential control and improves the spray film process. Test analysis is also conducted on this spray film device. The results show that the spray film device works with high reliability, uniform resistor spray film and decreasing nonlinearity errors of resistor spray film, which meets the needs of practical work.
