水泥改良盐渍土强度形成机理微观研究 被引量:11

摘要 盐渍土在路基工程中的应用是滨海地区高等级公路建设的一项重要议题,对于就地取材、降低工程造价具有重大实际意义。以水泥对滨海地区盐渍土进行改良是盐渍土利用的一种常规做法。为了从微观层面掌握水泥改良盐渍土的强度形成机理,利用扫描电镜结合IPP(Image-Pro Plus)专业图像分析技术,分析了颗粒椭圆度、颗粒个数、颗粒等效圆直径、孔洞率等指标与不同养护龄期、改良剂用量、养护条件的水泥改良盐渍土试件强度指标的关系。试验及分析结果表明:改良盐渍土的颗粒椭圆度、颗粒个数、颗粒等效圆直径、孔洞率等几个微观指标与改良盐渍土的强度指标具有较好的相关性,随着颗粒椭圆度、颗粒个数、孔洞率的降低及颗粒等效圆直径的提高,改良盐渍土的强度指标提高。 The application of saline soil in subgrade engineering is one of the most important issues for the highwayzconstruetion in coastal area, which has significant practical significance for using local materials, reducing the cost of project. It is a routine practice using cement to modify the inshore saline soil. In order to master the micro mechanism of the strength development of the cement modified saline soil, the relationship between the intensity index of different maintenance time, different cement dosage, different maintenance conditions and the ellipse, particle number, particle equivalent circle diameter, holes rates etc is analyzed with the data obtained bythe scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Image-Pro Plus (IPP) professional image analysis technology. The results show that these micro indicators of ellipse, particle size, particle equivalent circle diameter, holes rates have a good correlation with the strength of the cement modified saline soil, with the reduction of particle number, particle ellipse, holes rates and the increase of particle equivalent circle diameter, the strength of the cement modified saline soil increased.
