“视差之见”与跨越性反思——近期高校社科学报改革讨论述评

The Parallax View and Introspection of Transcendence:A Review of the Recent Discussions of the Reform of College Journals on Social Sciences

《关于报刊编辑部体制改革实施办法》的颁发,意味着高校学报体制改革已迫在眉睫,业内必须对此作出明确的回应和抉择。《清华大学学报》"期刊与评价"栏目近期刊发的一系列文章,围绕学报的内向性与开放化、综合性与专业化、分散性与集约化、纸质刊与数字化、转企改制等问题展开讨论,集中呈现了业内对学报改革的看法。由于立场和视角的差异,不同主体之间存在着种种视差。若执着于某种固有视点,只顾自说自话,就很难提出有建设性的改革方案;唯有在不同视点之间不断移动,并在由此产生的"视差之见"之上进行跨越性反思,才有可能创造性地解决问题。由21家"名刊"学报联合创办的专业网刊"中国高校系列专业期刊",就诞生于"视差之见"的基础上,是一种符合期刊发展趋势和改革方向的协同创新模式。

The promulgation of the'Measures for the Implementation of Structural Reform of Newspaper and Journal Editorial Boards'means that the structural reform of college journals is imminent,and the insiders must make a clear response to it and make their decisions on what to do next.A series of articles,recently published in the column'Journals and Evaluations'in the Journal of Tsinghua University,focus on such problems as introversion and open-mindedness,comprehensiveness and professionalization,diversity and intensification,hardcopy publication and digitization,and transformation of academic journals into enterprises.These problems reflect the insiders'views on the reform of academic journals.Because of different positions and perspectives,there exists parallax among different subjects.If everyone adheres to his/her own views,it will be difficult to put forward constructive reform programs.Only by moving back and forth between different perspectives,and making reflections on,and transcending,the resulting'parallax views',could the problems be solved creatively.The online publication'Series of Professional Journals of China Universities',co-founded by twenty-one'famous journals',was born out of parallax and belongs to a mode of cooperative innovation in accordance with the development tendency and reform direction of the journals.
