纳米晶Sm_2Fe_(17)片的制备及低温渗氮

Preparation and low-temperature nitriding of nanocrystallite Sm_2Fe_(17) flakes

摘要 采用油胺作为表面活性剂,将Sm2Fe17微米粉进行表面活性剂辅助高能球磨(HEBM)4 h后,获得厚100~180 nm,长2~13μm的纳米片,该纳米片具有织构,晶粒尺寸约8 nm。在300~350℃低温范围内,进行低压、短时渗氮,获得Sm2Fe17N3片状粉末。Sm2Fe17纳米片在350℃、3 psi氮气压力下渗氮3 h后,矫顽力可达到3.56 kOe,晶粒保持纳米尺度不变,且具有(001)织构。 Sm2Fej7 nano flakes with a thickness of about 100-180 nm and a length of about 2-13 μm have been prepared by oleylamine surfactant-assisted high energy ball milling (HEBM) Sm2Fe17 micro-powders for 4 h. The nano flakes have a texture and its grain size is about 8 nm. Sm2Fe17N3ean be obtained when the nano flakes are nitrided under low pressure for a short time at 300-350 ℃. When the as- synthesized nano flakes nitrided at 350 ℃ for 3 h under 3 psi nitrogen atmosphere, eoercivity is 3.56 kOe, grain size is still in nanoscale and (001) texture is still retained.
