摘要
回转支承是5 MW风力发电机的关键零件,经调质后发现椭圆度过大,在10.4~23.4 mm范围内,超过技术要求(≤10 mm)。其主要原因如下,工件形状与箱式炉内部加热丝不匹配;淬火槽搅拌器布局不合理。将加热及淬火工艺优化后,该工件椭圆度控制在3.6~8.2 mm之间,达到技术要求。
Slewing bearing is the key parts in the 5 MW wind tubine, after quenching and tempering, the ovality of the bearing is in the range of 10.4 -23.4 ram, exceed the technical requirement (〈 10 mm). The main reasons are as follows, mismatch between the shape of the bearing and resistant heater in the box type furnace and the unreasonable arrangement of the agitators in the quenching tank. After optimizing of heating and quenching process, the ovality of the bearing can be qualified in the range of 3.6 ~ 8.2 mm.
