摘要
利用OM、SEM等方法,对M35高速钢麻花钻头易崩口的现象进行了分析。结果表明,钻头断裂为脆性断裂,主要是由于热处理过程中产生了晶粒和碳化物粗大,晶粒度为8.5级,碳化物粗大、偏聚,与基体粘合度差。调整热处理工艺后,晶粒度提高到10级,碳化物粗大与偏聚现象得到改善。
Chipping of M35 high speed steel drill was analysed by OM and SEM. The results show that the drilli has brittle fracture, the main failure reason is the grain and carbides of the steel is overheated during heat treatment, the grain size is 8.5 grade, the carbide become coarse and segregation, meanwhile, reducing the adhesion with the substrate. The grain size is improved to 10 grade, and the coarsening and segregation of the carbides are improved after the heat treatment process optimizing.
