摘要
目的探讨64层螺旋CT三维重建技术在胸腰椎骨折中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析77例胸腰椎骨折患者的影像学资料,利用三维重建技术显示骨折,分析三维重建技术显示骨折的能力。结果77例患者中有46例单椎体受累,31例多椎体受累,单纯的横突骨折13例,共计132个椎节,受累椎体集中在第12胸椎至第3腰椎,第1腰椎椎体受累最多为43个。前柱损伤的42个椎节,两柱损伤的32个椎节,三柱损伤的9个椎节,附件骨折47处。三维重建技术较CT横轴位能更好的显示胸腰椎的骨折情况。结论64层螺旋CT横轴位配以三维重建技术能够充分的显示胸腰椎的三柱骨折情况,特别是在附件骨折及椎管损伤的显示上三维重建技术更有优势。
Objective To investigate the application value of 64-slices spiral CT with 3D reconstruction technique in thoracolumbar fractures. Methods The CT features of thoracolumbar fractures in 77 patients were analyzed retrospectively. The use of 3 D reconstruction techniques to show fracture, anal- ysis of 3 D reconstruction techniques showed the ability fracture. Results Among 77 cases, single vertebral fracture were 46 cases, vertebral fracture were 31 cases, simple fracture of transverse process were 13 eases,a total of 132 bong fracture,affected vertebra concentration of T^2 -L3 and L1 vertebral involvement of up to 43. Injuries of the anterior comlun of 42 vertebrae, two-colum injury of 32 vertebrae, there were colum injury of 9 vertebrae. Annex fracture 47.3D reconstruction technique was better than cthorizontal potential thoraeolumbar fractures. Conclusions 64-slice spiral CT axial coupled with 3D reconstruction techniques to fully display the three-column fracture of the thoracolumbar, especially three-dimensional reconstruction techniques have an advantage in the display of attachment fracture and spinal injury.
