摘要 目的分析ICU患者出现谵妄症状的原N以及处理对策。方法分析总结郑州市第三人民医院ICU3年间所有发生谵妄患者的资料。结果谵妄原因可分为疾病相关性谵妄、药物相关性谵妄、ICU环境因素与其他因素共同作用。经过调整治疗方案、加强心理护理后，均治愈。结论ICU患者出现谵妄症状的治疗重点在于去除谵妄原因及相关促发因素。 Objective To analyze the causes and treatment countermeasure of patients with delirium in ICU. Methods The clinical data of patients With delirium in ICU from the third people＇ s hospital of zhengzhou in 3 years were analyzed. Results The causes were diseases related, medications related, environment and other risks co-related with delirium. After adjust therapy and psychological nurseing, they were all cured. Conclusions Identifying the etiology and precipitating factors of delirium is the most important thing in the management of delirium in ICU.
