米非司酮加甲氨蝶呤在11例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠早期保守治疗中的应用

Mifepristone and methotrexate in the early conservative treatment of 11 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy

目的探讨米非司酮＋甲氨蝶呤在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠早期保守治疗中的可行性。方法分析5年内奇台县人民医院收治的11例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者，早期采取米非司酮＋甲氨蝶呤联合药物保守治疗，根据情况选择B超监视下清宫，分析患者症状、治疗方法及预后。结果11例患者药物保守治疗均获得成功，保留了子宫，清除了妊娠灶，但需充分备血及做好手术切除子宫的准备。结论子宫瘢痕妊娠早期诊断，根据具体情况早期选择药物保守治疗是安全、有效、可行的。

Objective To explore the the feasibility of mifepristone and methotrexate in the early conservative treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Eleven cases of cesarean scar pregnancy patients in our hospital were given mifepristone and methotrexate treatment, and received uterine curet- tage under the B ultrasonic monitoring according to the situation, and analyzed symptoms, treatment method and prognosis of patients. Results Eleven patients of conservative treatment were successful, the patients retained the uterus, and removed pregnancy stove, but need to be well prepared for blood transfusion and make preparation for resecting uterine. Conclusions Uterine scar pregnoncy should be diagnosed in early pregnancy, and according to the concrete situation for drug conservative treatment in the early stage is safe, effective and feasible.
