摘要
本文参考2000年世界卫生组织(WHO)神经系统肿瘤分类 ,并按照1993年WHO关于中枢神经系统肿瘤的命名、分类及分级的标准和原则 ,扼要地介绍各种胶质瘤、神经细胞肿瘤、神经鞘膜肿瘤、脑膜的肿瘤、胚胎性肿瘤、垂体腺瘤、恶性淋巴瘤和转移瘤的主要组织学特征 ;儿童和成人脑瘤的主要差别 ;常见脑瘤的好发部位 ,以及不同部位常见的肿瘤 。
According to the nomenclature,classification and grading of brain tumors by WHO in 1993, the important histological characteristics of various gliomas,neurocytic tumors,nerve sheath tumors,tumors of the meninges,embryonal tumors(i.e.germ cell tumors,embryonal tumors of neuroepithelium,and tumors arising in the residual embryonic tissues),pituitary adenoma,malignant lymphomas,aggressive or metastatic tumors are introduced.The difference in brain tumors between childred and adults and the favourite locations for those common brain tumors are also mentioned.The year 2000 WHO classification of tumors of the nervous system is used as a reference.
