摘要
CT和MRI已成为现代脑肿瘤检查的重要形态学检查内容。SPECT和PET利用不同的药物对肿瘤内部的生化及代谢活动进行显像 ,从而可得到CT ,MRI解剖结构显像以外的肿瘤代谢等功能性信息。用于SPECT脑肿瘤显像的药物有201T1和99m Tc标记的MIBI、DMSA(V) ,Tetrofosmin,123I标记的IMT ,111In标记的生长抑素受体类药物 (Octreotide)等。针对肿瘤的葡萄糖代谢、蛋白质合成率、氨基酸摄取等特性 ,可用18FDG ,11C -MET ,11C -TYR等进行PET脑肿瘤显像。SPECT和PET显像在临床主要用于肿瘤的放射性坏死与复发的鉴别、肿瘤级别的估计。
Today both CT and MRI play an important role in the diagnosis of brain tumor.For SPECT and PET different radiotraces are available to supply the information about the metabolic activities and other functional changes of various brain tumors.So they can get images of brain tumor beyond what can be achieved by CT and MRI201T1, 99mTc-MIBI,99mTC-DMSA(V),99mTc-Tetrofosmin,123I-IMT and111In-octreotide can be used in brain tumor imaging with SPECT.Also by the tumor characters of glucose metabolism,the protein synthesis,and animo acid uptake,18FDG,11C-MET,11C-TYR can be used in PET,these methodologies can distinguish viable tumor from scar or radiation necrosis,make a diagnosis of tumor grade,assess its response to chemo treatment,and predict the prognosis of disease.
