摘要 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’Sdisease，AD）是老年性痴呆最常见的类型之一，随着年龄的增长，其患病率不断增高^[1]。虽然病理学研究早已证实，AD患者脑内的病理生理变化始于中年时期．但目前的临床现状是大部分患者在老年期或老年前期因为出现相关的认知功能障碍症状才被发现，
