耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌呼吸道定植和感染的临床意义及其对策

摘要
耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)自1961年被发现至今已成为医院感染的重要病原菌之一,且有成为社区感染的重要病原体的趋势。多元回归分析显示,MRSA是医院获得性肺炎(HAP)和呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)中与病死率相关的唯一病原体独立危险因素。
