健康相关生命质量状况对糖调节受损者转归的影响

Influence of health related quality of life on the inversion of impaired glucose regulation

目的探讨IGR健康相关生命质量状况对糖尿病发病的影响。方法基于1136名的人群队列,采用SF-12量表进行生命质量状况评价,并跟踪和总结两年后IGR患者转归情况,并应用泊松回归模型探讨生命质量状况与IGR转归的关系。结果相对高、较低生理得分将增加糖尿病发病风险(中高RR=0.92,中低RR=1.21,低RR=1.69,Ptrend<0.001);相对高心理得分、较低心理得分也将增加糖尿病发病的风险(中高RR=1.15,中低RR=1.15,低RR=1.51,Ptrend<0.001)。结论 IGR患者生命质量状况对糖尿病发生具有一定的预测功能。

Objective To evaluate the influence of health related quality of life on diabetes occurrence among people with IGR Methods In this Cohort study, the quality of life of 1136 people with IGR were evaluated by using the SF-12 scales. A follow-up for 2 years was carried out to summarize the outcome of their IGR. Then the Poisson regression model was employed to analyze the relationship between the health related quality of life and diabetes occurrence. Results Compared with the higher physical scores of quality of life, there existed the higher risk of diabetes occurrence in those who had lower scores （middle-high RR 0. 92, middle-low RR 1.21, low RR 1.69, Ptrend〈0. 001）. Compared with the higher mental scores of quality of life, there also existed the higher risk of diabetes occurrence in those who had lower scores （middle-high RR 1. 15, middle-low RR 1. 15, low RR 1. 51, Ptrend〈0. 001）. Conclusion The health related quality of life is an indicator for forecasting diabetes in people with IGR Those who have a lower level of quality of life are susceptible to diabetes.
