摘要
目的观察冠心病(CHD)合并糖代谢异常(AGM)患者平均血小板体积(MPV)的变化及其影响因素。方法选取CHD患者139例(CHD组),其中合并T2DM者46例(T2DM组),糖耐量减低(IGT组)者38例,无AGM者(NAGM组)55例。另选21名健康人群为对照(NC)组。均测定血小板体积(MPV)等参数。结果CHD组MPV高于NC组(P<0.05);T2DM组MPV高于NC组和NAGM组(P<0.01);IGT组MPV高于NC组(P<0.01)。CHD合并AGM患者MPV高值组BMI、2hPG、HbA1c和尿微量白蛋白MAU高于低值组(P<0.05)。HbA1c和BMI是MPV的独立影响因素。结论 CHD合并AGM患者MPV升高,BMI、2hPG、HbA1c和MAU与其升高有关,HbA1c和BMI是MPV的独立影响因素。
Objective To detect the changes of mean platelet volume (MPV) in CHD patients with abnormal glucose metabolism (AGM). Methods MPV was measured in 139 CHD patients, including 46 with T2DM (T2DM group), 38 with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT group), and 55 without AGM (NAGM group). Twenty-one healthy people were enrolled as the normal controls. Results The MPV in CHD patients was higher than in the controls (P〈0.01). The patients with "P2DM had increased MPV compared to controls and patients without AGM (all P〈0. 01). The patients with IGT showed enhanced MPV than the controls (P〈0. 01). BMI, 2 hPG, HbA1 c, and MAU were higher in the MPV high group than in the low group in AGM patients (all P〈0.05). HbA1 c and BMI were the independent predictors of MPV. Conclusion The MPV is increased in CHD patients with AGM. BMI, 2 hPG, HbA1 c and MAU are associated with the elevated MPV. HbA1 c and BMI are the predictors of MPV.
