智脑胶囊对小鼠骨髓细胞核酸蛋白质合成代谢的影响

摘要 采用放射性同位素前体掺入法观察智脑胶囊对小鼠骨髓细胞核酸、蛋白质合成代谢的影响。结果表明 :智脑胶囊对正常成年小鼠骨髓细胞核酸、蛋白质合成代谢无明显促进作用 ,但对老年小鼠骨髓细胞核酸、蛋白质低下的合成能力有较好的提升作用 ,且有一定的量效关系 ,对 60 Co- γ射线辐射造成的小鼠核酸、蛋白质合成受损动物模型有较好的调节和抗辐射损伤的作用。 The effect of zhinao capsule on anabolism of uncleic acid and protein in the narrow cells of mice was studied with the method of radioisotope precursor incorporation.The results showed that zhinao capsule could not obviously promote the anabolism of uncleic acid and protein in the narrow cells of normal adult mice,but could markedly enhance the lower synthetic ability of uncleic acid and protein in the narrow cells of senile mice and there was certainly dose\|effect relationship among three groups,in addition,the capsule had the regulation and antiradiation effect on the model mice of damage to uncleic acid and protein resulted from 60 Co\|γ ray.
