摘要
目的 :研究甲亢病患者的骨代谢改变及其发生机理。方法 :检测甲亢病初治患者TT3、TT4、TGA、TMA ,血清游离钙(Ca )、磷(P)、及24h尿钙(Ca)、P排量 ;测量非用力前臂桡、尺骨下1/3位点的骨密度与对照组作对比研究。结果 :25例初治甲亢病患者TGA、TMA均为阳性 ,血清游离钙(Ca )、磷(P)、及24h尿钙(Ca)、P排量均显著高于正常对照组。前臂骨量较对照组显著减少。结论
Objective:Toinvestigatethechangesofbonemetabolismanditsrelatedmechanisminmalepatients withhyperthyroidism.Methods:DetectingTT3,TT4,TGA,TMA,serumfreecalcium(Ca ),phosphorus(P), 24hours'urineCaandtheexcretionofP,andmeasuringthedensityofrelatedbonessuchasulnaandradiusin bothtestgroup(malepatientswithhyperthyroidism)andcontrolgroup.Results:BothTGAandTMAwerepositive in25casesofmalepatientswithhyperthyroidism.Of25cases,19patientsareintellectualswhile6oneslaborers. TheserumfreeCa ,phosphorus(P),24hours'urineCa andtheexcretionofPinthepatientsweresignificantly higherthanthoseinthetestgroup(P<0.05).Thebonemineraldensity(BMD)ofulnaandradiuswereobvi ouslylowerinthepatientswithhyperthyroidismthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.01).Conclusion:Both hyperthyroidismandauto -immunediseasescangiverisetothedecreaseofbonedensity.
