当前,新生代农民工逐渐成为城市建设的主力军,但他们在从业过程中表现出来的流动性较大及就业盲目性等问题,影响了其在城市生存和职业生涯的可持续发展。针对新生代农民工职业发展的不同阶段,开展具体的职业指导和职业培训,有利于促进新生代农民工自身职业生涯的可持续发展及社会的和谐、稳定与发展。

At present, the new generation of migrant workers has gradually become the main force of urban construction. However, the greater liquidity and employment problems are presented in their practitioners process which can affected their survival in the urban and sustainable development of the career. As a result, carrying out specific vocational guidance and vocational training for the different stages of the career development of the new generation of migrant workers are helpful to promote the sustainable development of the new generation of migrant workers as well as to promote the harmony, stability and development of the society.
