摘要
在传统光伏组件工程模型的基础上加入了反向模型,以MATLAB软件为基础,以光伏组件为单元进行串、并联,详细解释了热斑效应的成因,分析了光伏组件在局部遮挡条件下不接旁路、阻塞二极管和接入两种二极管后的输出特性。仿真结果验证了旁路、阻塞二极管在光伏发电系统中的重要性,为配置光伏阵列和寻找更优的MPPT技术提供了理论依据。
A reverse model is added to the traditional PV modules engineering model. And the formation of the hot spot effect is illustrated by making series/parallel connection of PV module units based on the MATLAB software. Then the output characteristics of PV modules under partial shading are analyzed with and without bypass diode and blocking di- ode respectively. The simulation results verify the important role of the bypass diode and blocking diode in the PV power generation system, providing a theoretical basis for the PV array configuration and MPFF technology improvement.
