摘要
针对现有低压台区线损管理模式中的人员与技术短缺、能力参差不齐、效率不高等问题,在传统台区线损管理基础上,结合各大信息系统的应用与线损精细化工作的推进,通过支持向量机方法的应用,建立了台区线损率异常原因科学诊断模型,提供辅助分析工具。
Under the new situation, there occur such problems as a shortage of personnel and technology, uneven ca- pacity and inefficiency in the line loss management mode of the current low-voltage district. Base on the traditional management mode, the application of major information systems and the promotion of lean line loss management, this paper, by applying the support vector machine method, establishes a scientific diagnostic model to analyze reasons for the anomalies of low-voltage district line loss rate, which may serve as a supporting analysis tool.
