目的 :探讨盐酸恩丹西酮注射液对化疗引起的胃肠道反应的防治作用及毒副反应。方法 :采用交叉对比的方法 ,全组共78例次 ,一组50例次 ,化疗前给予盐酸恩丹西酮注射液。二组28例次 ,化疗前给予胃复安注射液。结果 :盐酸恩丹西酮注射液可以明显减轻化疗过程中胃肠道反应的程度 ,降低其发生率 ,对开展大剂量化疗是一种强有力的辅助药物。结论 :盐酸恩丹西酮注射液为一经济。

Objective: To study the preventing and treating effects and side effect of Ondansetran Hydrochloride injection for gastrointestinal tract reaction caused by chemotherapy. Methods: 78 cases were divided into two groups. One was 50 cases used Ondansetran Hydrochloride injection before given chemotherapy; another was 28 cases used Metodopramide Dihydrochloride injection before given chemotherapy. Results: Ondansetran Hydrochloride injection may reduce the degree of gastrointestinal tract reaction and decrease its incidence. Conclusion: Ondansetran Hydrochloride injection is economic and effective medicine for relieving vomit. It is a good supplementary medicine for developing a great quantity of chemotherapy.
