中国沿海省市海洋资源比较分析

Comparative analysis of Chinese coastal provinces and cities of marine resources

论文选取海洋空间资源、海洋生物资源、海洋矿产资源、海洋能资源及滨海旅游资源五个方面对中国海洋资源的概况进行了描述。同时,以此对我国11个沿海省市的海洋资源进行了比较分析,并按其资源的丰度及开发程度将它们划分为4个阶层。通过分析得出,广东省海洋资源综合实力最强,处于第一阶层;浙江省、福建省、山东省、上海市及天津市海洋资源优势突出,位于第二阶层;海南省、辽宁省、江苏省、河北省海洋资源丰富,但开发程度有限,位于第三阶层;而广西壮族自治区由于资源储量及开发程度均低于全国平均水平,位于第四阶层。

This paper selects the marine space resources, living marine resources, marine mineral resources, marine energy resources and coastal tourism resources this five aspects to describe the general situation of Chinese marine resources. At the same time, based on these five aspects we make a comparative analysis of Chinese costal provinces and cities of their marine resources, and according to their resources abundance and the degree of development to divide them into four classes. The analysis shows that, Guangdong Province＇s marine resource is strongest, ranking the first class; The advantages of marine resource of Zhejiang Province, Fujian Province, Shandong Province, Shanghai and Tianjin are outstanding, located in the second class; Hainan Province, Liaoning Province, Jiangsu Province and Hebei Province are rich in marine resource, but the degree of development is limited, in the third class; Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region due to the reserves and the degree of development are below the nation average, in the fourth class.
