云南省潞西市1998年霍乱流行病学调查分析

Cholera Prevalence in Luxi City of YunnanProvince in 1998 and its epidemiological Analysis

目的 :报告潞西市1998年发生的霍乱疫情。方法 :按传染病防治法规定调查和检验。结果 :采样908份 ,检出小川型霍乱弧菌106株 ;发生病例21例 ,死亡1例 ;检出健康带菌13例。流行历时近2mo。经采取综合防治措施疫情得到控制。结论 :疫情发现不及时 ,措施不得力 。

Objective: To report the prevalence of cholera in Luxi City, Yunnan Province. Method: Investigating and Detecting the prevalence of cholera happened in Luxi according to the related rules about the administration of infectious diseases. Results: The prevalence of cholera in Luxi lasted about two months. Of 908 specimens collected from the foci, 106 Xiaochuan strains of cholera vibriones were detected out. 21 cases developed into cholera patients, 13 cases were healthy carrier and one patient died. The prevalence was controlled after a proper integrated management. Conclusion: The prevalence will be spread without the early finding and proper management.
