摘要
以粘土、长石、石英、石灰石等传统原料为主要原料,添加铁矿废渣制备陶质砖。采用三点弯曲法测试其抗弯强度,煮沸法测试其吸水率,结果表明:在980℃下烧结陶质砖,铁矿废渣的最大添加量可达到40%,抗弯强度为17.51MPa,吸水率为15%。
Traditional raw such as clay, feldspar, quartz, limestone, etc. were used as mainly raw, added the waste slag from iron mine to preparation terra-cotta. Using three-point bending tested the bending strength; using boiling tested the water absorption of terra-cotta. The result showed that terra-cotta sintering at 980 ℃ , the max added the waste slag from iron mine was 40 percent, the bending strength of it was 17.51MPa, and the waster absorption was 15 percent.
