摘要
以粉煤灰和赤泥为主要原料制备多孔陶瓷。研究了膨润土的加入量对制品显气孔率、抗折强度、体积密度、线收缩率等性能的影响。结果表明,随着膨润土掺量的增加样品的抗折强度和线收缩率增大,但是显气孔率和吸水率降低;膨润土的掺量对样品的孔结构分布和形貌也有明显影响。
Porous ceramics are prepared with fly ash and red mud as main materials.The effect of bentronite addition on apparent porosity, bending strength, volume density, line shrinkage was investigated.The results showed that the bending strength and line shrinkage of samples increase with the increase of bentonite, but apparent porosity and water absorption rate to decrease. The content of bentonite have also obvious influence on the pore distribution and morphology of the samples.
