摘要
目的探索以微乳为溶剂同时提取灵芝中灵芝三萜和多糖的可行性。方法以灵芝酸A、灵芝三萜、灵芝多糖及固形物含有量为指标,比较微乳回流、微乳温浸、微乳超声、乙醇回流及水煎煮对于灵芝中灵芝三萜和灵芝多糖的提取效率。结果用微乳作为溶剂提取灵芝,可同时提取灵芝中的脂溶性三萜组分及水溶性多糖组分,且微乳温浸法及微乳超声法较佳。微乳超声提取液中三萜的含有量相当于乙醇回流液的96.43%,多糖的含有量相当于水煎煮液的77.63%;微乳温浸提取液中三萜的含有量相当于乙醇回流液的80.96%,多糖的含有量相当于水煎煮液的85.36%。结论微乳可同时提取灵芝中脂溶性和水溶性组分。
AIM To investigate the feasibility of extracting triterpenes and polysaccharides in Ganoderma lucidum by O/W microemulsion.METHODS The content of ganoderic acid A,total triterpenes,total polysaccharides and the amount of extraction were adopted as indice and the efficiency of extraction by reflux,soak,ultrasonic and reflux of ethanol and water were compared.RESULTS The total triterpenes and polysaccharides in Ganoderma lucidum could be extracted simultaneously by microemulsion,and the method of soak and ultrasonic extraction with microemulsion was more efficient.The amount of total triterpenes and total polysaccharides extracted by microemulsion using ultrasonic method were equivalent to 96.43% of the ethanol extract and 77.63% of the water extract,while the amount of total triterpenes and total polysaccharides extracted by microemulsion using water bath were equivalent to 80.96% of the ethanol extract and 85.36% of the water extract,respectively.CONCLUSION This experiment shows that microemulsion as solution can extract simultaneously water and fat soluble components.
