摘要
目的研究南方山荷叶根的化学成分。方法南方山荷叶根乙醇提取物分别经石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,采用硅胶柱色谱技术分离、纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、鬼臼毒素(2)、去氢鬼臼毒素(3)、4'-去甲基鬼臼毒素(4)、isodiphyllin(5)、4'-去甲基去氢鬼臼毒素(6)、苦鬼臼素(7)、山柰酚(8)、紫云英苷(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)。结论化合物1、6、9、10为首次从山荷叶属植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从小檗科植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Diphylleia sinensis H.L.Li.METHODS Ethanol extract of the roots went through the extraction with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol,respectively,to obtain the polar products.These products obtained were isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated from Diphylleia sinensis H.L.Li.and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol(1),podophyllotoxin(2),dehydropodophyllotoxin(3),4′-demethylpodophyllotoxin(4),isodiphyllin(5),4′-demethyldehydropodophyllotoxin(6),picropodophyllin(7),kaempferol(8),astragalin(9) and daucosterol(10).CONCLUSION Compounds 1,6,9 and 10 are isolated from Diphylleia for the first time.Compound 5 is isolated from Berberidaceae for the first time.
