新型再生纤维素纤维纱线性能的综合评价 被引量:5

摘要 为更好地了解新型再生纤维素纤维纱线的性能,针对性地开发产品,选择天丝、莫代尔、竹浆纤维、圣麻、丽赛、Outlast改性粘胶纤维6类新型再生纤维素纤维的纯纺纱、与棉或涤纶的混纺纱作为研究对象,对其断裂强度、断裂伸长率、断裂功、毛羽指数(毛羽长度3 mm及以上)、弹性回复率、耐磨次数6项指标进行测试及综合评价。结果表明:天丝、莫代尔及莫代尔与细特粘胶混纺纱、丽赛、圣麻和竹浆纤维与涤纶混纺纱的综合性能好,莫代尔与棉混纺、竹浆纤维及竹浆纤维与棉混纺纱(18.4 tex)的综合性能一般,纯棉、竹浆纤维与棉混纺(14.8 tex)、Outlast改性粘胶纤维及多种混纺纱的综合性能较差。据此提出了产品开发和生产加工建议。 In order to better find out the performance of the new regenerated cellulose fiber yarns for the development of special products, pure yarns of six categories of new regenerated cellulose fibers such as lyocell, modal, bamboo pulp fiber, shcng-bast fiber, richeel fiber and outlast modified viscose fiber, and blended yarns with cotton or polyester were chosen as the research object. Six indexes such as breaking tenacity, breaking elongation rate, work of rupture, 3 mm or above hairiness index (harmful hairiness) , elastic recovery and wear-resisting number were tested. The resuhs showed that the pure yarns of Lyocell, Modal, and blends of Modal/superfine viscose, Richcel/polyester, Sheng-bast fiber/polyester, bamboo pulp fiber/ polyester have better comprehensive performance; blends of Modal / cotton, bamboo pulp fiber/cotton ( 18.4 tex) , and pure yarns of bamboo pulp fiber have ordinary comprehensive performance ; pure cotton yarns, blends of bamboo pulp fiber/cotton( 14.8 tex) and outlast modified viscose fiber and its blends have poor comprehensive performance. The suggestions for product development and production were given.
