汽车内饰用阻燃针刺非织造布的性能影响因素 被引量:3

摘要 以开发汽车内饰用阻燃针刺非织造布为目的,选用阻燃涤纶和热塑性PP/PE复合纤维(ES纤维)为原料,经针刺工艺和轧光工艺制成阻燃针刺非织造布。分别对阻燃针刺非织造布进行硬挺度、透气性、力学性能、燃烧性能和极限氧指数的测试,分析了影响这些性能的原因。结果表明,随着针刺非织造布面密度的增大,针刺非织造布的硬挺度增大,力学性能提高,阻燃性能提高,而透气性下降;轧光整理使针刺非织造布的硬挺度增大,透气性下降,力学性能提高,阻燃性有所提高。 In order to develop flame retardant needle-punched nonwoven for automobile interiors, the flame retardant polyester fibers and thermal plastic PP/PE composite fibers were selected as raw materials to manufacture the flame retardant needle-punched nonwoven by needle-punching and calendering. The stiffness, permeability, mechanical properties, flammability and limited oxygen index of the needle- punched nonwoven were tested, and the factors affecting these properties were analyzed. The results show that with the surface density of the needle-punched nonwoven increasing, the stiffness, mechanical calender, and flame retardance all increase correspondingly, but the permeability decreases. And the calendar finish makes the stiffness, mechanical property and flame retardance improve, while the permeability decreases.
