摘要
对醚化装置甲醇水洗系统的腐蚀进行调查,结果表明,造成醚化装置甲醇水洗系统腐蚀的主要原因是改性工艺导致的电化学腐蚀,同时还存在着磨损腐蚀。结合监测情况取样分析,提出了控制原料参数和运行参数设备防腐蚀的对策。
The corrosion analysis of methanol water washing system equipment in etherification process, showed that the main reason for corrosion was the electrochemical corrosion induced by the modified technology. There was also wear and corrosion. Some corresponding countermeasures against corrosion were put forward.
