Recent Research Advances of Pharmaceutical Cocrystals

摘要 药物共晶是药物活性成分与共晶试剂通过分子间作用力(如氢键)而形成的一种新晶型,它可改善药物活性成分的理化性质和生物利用度,所以近年来有关药物共晶的研究已成为药学领域一大热点。分类综述酰胺类、羧酸类、醇酚类和杂环类药物共晶的制备研究以及对药物活性成分的理化性质和生物利用度等的影响,为药物共晶在药学领域的应用提供参考和借鉴。 Pharmaceutical cocrystals formed from active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and coformers through noncovalent molecular interaction such as hydrogen bonding. It can improve the physicochemical properties and bioavailability of APIs so the pharmaceutical cocrystals have attracted much attention in pharmaceutical field in recent years. The preparation of cocrystals of amides, carboxylic acids,alcohol-phenols and heterocycles as APIs and their effect on physicochemical properties and bioavailability of APIs were classifiedly reviewed so as to provide a reference for the application of pharmaceutical cocrystals in pharmaceutical field.
