跨国流通企业买方市场势力研究:空间生产的视角 被引量:2

A Study of Buyer's Market Power of Transnational Circulation Enterprises:form the Perspective of Space Production

摘要 在全球生产能力严重过剩的情况下,跨国流通企业通过价值链的整体控制及企业关系重构,实现了买方市场势力的增强。突破本地市场空间容量限制,实行连锁复制已成为跨国流通企业在全球进行规模扩张增强买方市场势力的一种方式。跨国流通企业不仅在中国一线城市巩固地盘,而且逐步加大了对二、三线城市的投资,实现了买方市场势力在中国的整体布局战略。跨国流通企业买方市场势力的空间生产,实质上是跨国资本在空间的演化及空间的延伸,是剩余资本的经济利益通过空间实践扩张而共同逐利并实现其霸权的过程。 In the case of serious excess of global production, the transnational circulation enter- prises have enhanced their buyer' s market power through the overall control of the value chain and the reconstruction of corporate relations. To break the restrictions of the local market space capacity and practice the chain copying has become a way to carry out global scale expansion and enhance buyer' s market power of transnational circulation enterprises. The transnational circulation enterprises have not only consolidated their domain in China' s first-tier cities but also increased their invest- ment in the second and third tier cities, so as to have achieved the overall layout strategy of the buyer' s market power in China. The essence of space production of the buyer' s market power of the transnational circulation enterprises is the evolution and extension of the transnational capital in the space. It is also a process that the economic interests of the surplus capital achieve its profit and hegemony through the expansion of their spatial practices.
