摘要
当代教师专业伦理研究的显著成果体现为规范伦理的强势与细化,然而在实践的拷问下,既有的教师规范伦理陷入了贫弱的尴尬境地。儒家提倡的德性伦理思路是以人文关怀的视角将规范内含于价值,通过人伦价值进而体悟规范。当前的教师专业伦理客观上需要实现由规范伦理向德性伦理的转换。这样才能化解当前规范伦理的困境,有效促进教师专业伦理的发展。
The remarkable achievements of the contemporary studies of teachers' pmiessional ethics can be described as strong and refinement Normative Ethics, but in practice, Existing teachers' normative ethics is getting into a poor, weak and embarrassing situation. Confucian's virtue ethics nested norms into value with the perspective of humanity and advocated apperception of it through human relations. Objectively, researches of our current teachers' professional ethics need conversion of getting normative ethics into virtue ethics to resolve the current plight of normative ethics and contribute to the fundamental development of teachers' professional ethics.
