摘要
本文通过对100余份深度用户的访谈分析,发现了高校图书馆用户的需求,以质性研究方法探求高校图书馆知识服务的切入点。
Based on the analysis of over 100 in-depth user interviews, this paper found the needs of users in universities, and explored the break-through point of knowledge service in universities by using qualitative research method.
