摘要
网络化服务是图书馆随书光盘管理利用的重要趋势,相应地必然带来诸多版权利益冲突和矛盾。本文探讨了随书光盘开发利用与版权保护的关系,分析了随书光盘网络化服务各主要环节涉及的版权问题,就图书馆如何在遵循法律规则,保护随书光盘版权的基础上,发挥其价值提出了建议。
Networked service is an important trend for the management of book-attached CD-ROM in library, brings about many conflicts and contra dictions of the copyright interests accordingly. This article explores the relationship between copyright protection and exploitation and utilization of book- attached CD-ROM, analyzes main components of the network service, provides some recommendations dealing with copyright issues.
