摘要 水润滑橡胶轴承在低速、重载下的摩擦噪声问题亟待解决,而水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦噪声测试方法和系统是解决问题的关键之一。应用语音信号处理技术,提出并构建一种基于音频的水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦噪声测试分析系统。介绍系统的软硬件构建和设计,以声卡作为数据采集卡,以LabVIEW为开发平台设计信号采集与分析系统。对一种螺旋槽水润滑橡胶合金轴承在空载、加载和加载并加上噪声隔离装置后的摩擦噪声进行实现研究。结果表明,该噪声测量分析系统能准确地提取和分析轴承摩擦噪声信号,并能直观地监测橡胶轴承的运行状态,设计的噪声隔离装置也能有效地抑制外界环境噪声。 The noise issue of water-lubricated rubber bearings under the low-speed and heavy load is urgently needed to be solved, and the test method and the system are one of the keys to solve the issue. A t and analysis system based on audio signal was presented to measure the friction-induced noise of the water-lubricated rubber bearings by using the speech signal processing technology. The hardware and software of the system was designed. By using as the data acquisition card, the signal acquisition and analysis system was developed based on LabVIEW. duced noise experiments of a spiral groove water-lubricated rubber alloy bearing were performed under idle the sound card The friction-incondition, load condition and isolation condition. The results demonstrate that the system can acquire and analyze the friction-induced noise signal accurately, and can monitor the operation state of rubber bearings intuitively. The designed noise isolation device can inhibit the external noise effectively
