摘要
通过计算流体力学方法研究具有供油槽的阶梯面推力滑动轴承压力场分布。建立油膜的三维模型,利用ANSYS Workbench软件提供的模块对模型切片和混合网格划分,选取标准化湍流模型计算模拟滑动轴承的压力分布,分析转速和润滑油黏度对轴承承载能力的影响。结果表明,随着轴颈转速和润滑油黏度的增加,轴承的承载能力呈现有规律的提高。
The pressure distribution of the step thrust bearing with supply groove was studied by the computational fluid dynamics method. 3D model of oil film of step thrust bearing was establish, the cutting of the model and the meshing of the mixed grid were carried out with the software provided by ANSYS Workbench, and the pressure distribution of thrust bearing was simulated by using the standard turbulence model. The influences of bearing speed and viscosity of lubricating oil on the carrying capacity of thrust bearing were analyzed. The results show that with the increasing of bearing speed and viscosity of lubricating oil, the carrying capacity of thrust bearing is in a regular increase.
