低沸点燃料润滑性评估试验台的可靠性分析及磨损试验

摘要 高频往复机是测试分析常规燃油润滑性能的常用设备,但难以用于评估低沸点燃料的润滑性能。设计并搭建针对低沸点燃料的高频往复机,从重复性、再现性和可分辨性等角度分析该高频往复机的可靠性,并利用该设备初步评估不同沸点燃料的摩擦磨损性能。该试验台能够满足传统往复机基本测试要求,在不同油品润滑和不同载荷条件下的可分辨性较好,可用于低沸点燃料润滑时的磨斑形态分析及磨损过程分析。 High-frequency reciprocating machine is commonly used tor testing the lubrication characteristics of conventional fuels, but this method is hardly used for lubrication evaluation of low-boiling fuels. A wear test device with regulated pressure control was designed and constructed for low-boiling fuel, and its reliability was verified from aspects of repeatability, reproducibility and separability. This test bench can satisfy the basic requirement of traditional high-frequency reciprocating machine, which has good separability for different fuels and at different loads and can be used for the analysis of the wear scar morphology and wear process when lubricated by low boiling oils.
