摘要
本文创新性地将供应链整合区分为供应商整合、内部整合和客户整合,将企业绩效区分为供应商运作绩效、客户运作绩效和经营绩效,从而将供应链管理的研究从传统的二级供应链中的二元关系扩展到三级供应链中的三元关系,在此基础上建立了通过供应链整合提高企业绩效的理论框架。针对中国164家制造企业调研数据进行了科学的调研和实证分析,结果表明:通过制造商与供应商之间的整合,有利地推动了供应商运作绩效的改善;客户整合在提高客户运作绩效上发挥了突出的作用;外部整合与供应商运作绩效之间发挥了调节作用。
This paper innovatively divides supply chain integration into supplier integration,internal integration and customer’s integration and divides the performance of enterprises into suppliers’ operation performance,customers’ performance and operation performance and extends the study on supply chain management from the traditional dualistic relationship of two-level supply chain to triatomic relationship of three-level supply chain and builds a complete and detailed theoretical framework by integrating supply chain and raising enterprises’ performance based on it.The result for the positive analysis of the research data of 150 manufacturing enterprises shows that the improvement of suppliers’ operation performance is favorably promoted by integrating manufacturers and suppliers.Customers’ integration plays an outstanding role in raising the customers’ operation performance.External integration plays a coordinating role in suppliers’ operation performance.
