The Analysis of Total-Factor-Total-Consumption of Efficiency Changing in China Industry

摘要 本文提出对各产业各要素的完全消耗量核算思路,并进行实证核算,分析全要素能源效率及变动趋势。研究显示我国经济近几年全要素效率持续提高,但增长方式有明显变化,技术进步开始起着主导作用,规模效应、纯技术效应成为经济效应提升的阻碍。石油相关类产业、机械制造相关产业等效率提升较明显,而农业、食品、木材、皮革等产业效率有一定下降。产业发展的思路要兼顾产业中间产品的消耗,转变粗放式发展方式,以提升技术进步为中心。 In this paper, we propose the new idea about total consumption of national industry ac- counting. Through empirical checking and total factor efficiency analysis and changing trend, the results suggest that the total-factor efficiency of China has been continuously increased. But the mode is different. Technology progress began play a leading role. Scale efficiency and pure technology efficiency become obstacle of economy efficiency improving. The efficiency of Oil-related industries, machinery-related industries have been improved significantly. But the agriculture, food, wood, leather manufacturing in- dustries have been declined in efficiency. So the idea of industrial development policy should consider the consumption of intermediate products. We should change the extensive mode of economy development, taking the technological progress as the center.
